The Adidas website – a textbook example of what not to do.

Not only is it entirely in Flash, but it also loads the whole catalog at once, as a result of  which the computer brutally freezes up. Mine, due to old age, for a whole 20 seconds, but a modern one will surely lag like hell too.

And I've sensed for a long time that Adidas is a crappy company. It reeks from a mile away of the early 90s spirit and gopniks. Too bad technically and design-wise they are still top-notch, so I have to buy their products. Pretty much against my will. I can barely stomach it.

Spotted this Jersey, on ebay it's only 55 greenbacks and 15 for shipping.

White Adidas cycling jersey with short sleeves, a full-length zipper and the signature black stripes on the shoulders. Contrasting shaped black panels are located on the chest and sides.

Copies

Here are copies of various interesting pages that I have linked to. Unfortunately, the internet is designed in such a way that the original can disappear without a trace. To prevent this from happening, I keep copies of the very best material on my server. Since I make regular backups (and recommend that you do too), one can hope that my copies will outlive some of the originals.
